Mark is the founder of WRS and has nearly 10 years experience in International Education. A graduate of history, he spent 4 years in Russia as a teacher and as a manager in a private high school, before founding WRS. His interests include sport, reading, writing and spending time with his family.

Ray is responsible for placements and liaising with the host properties. With over 15 years in sales his main qualities are that he is a likeable and friendly person who can be relied upon to meet expectations. In his spare time he enjoys most sports, travelling, DIY, cinema and spending time with his family.
